For operations, finance and fund reporting

Quanthome Workforce

Grow the portfolio, not the back office.

Our engineers and our agents run your data-intensive workflows, from the annual report to the investor reporting. The work comes back as a finished document, every figure linked to its source record. You pay for the result, not for software or hours.

Case study · Reporting

A Swiss real estate fund manager cut annual report production time by 90%

One workflow, handed over end to end. The figures are that engagement's own.

The situation

The annual report of a Swiss real estate fund. Portfolio, accounting and valuation data held in different places, assembled by hand every cycle, then passed back and forth with the auditor.

What we deployed

Quanthome Workforce on the fund's own data, from raw input to an audit-ready annual report, every figure linked to the record it came from.

What changed

The auditors work from a document they can trace, which cut the back-and-forth that used to set the timeline.

90%

Less time spent producing the annual report

70%

Lower production cost

Figures measured on that engagement and confirmed by the Quanthome board in July 2026. They describe that engagement and are not a guaranteed result for another fund.

The reporting workflow is in production.

Result as a Service

We do the work. You get the result

Result as a Service means you buy the finished document, not software to operate. Our engineers and our agents run the workflow on data we manage for you.

Built for audited reporting

Traceable, reproducible, audit-ready

Generative AI can draft a report. On its own, it does not show where a figure came from. In its Guidance 08/2024, FINMA observed that AI results "often cannot be understood, explained or reproduced and therefore cannot be critically assessed". Quanthome Workforce is built with that problem in mind. This is what three terms mean for the finished document.

Traceable

Where does each figure come from?

With Quanthome Workforce, traceable means that each figure in the finished document is linked to the record it came from. The Quanthome Data Engine resolves that record to its building or vehicle and keeps the reference to its source, so a reviewer starts from the reference and not from a search.

Figure · record · source: each figure followed back to where it came from
Reproducible

Can the document be produced again?

With Quanthome Workforce, reproducible means that a document is regenerated from the same structured data core, on the same template, under the same consistency controls defined with you. The data core, the template and the mappings persist, so each cycle is a refresh on current data, and one core feeds every document and every language version.

One data core, your template, controls defined with you · regenerated each cycle
Audit-ready

What does your audit firm work from?

With Quanthome Workforce, audit-ready describes the document: every figure is linked to its source record, so your audit firm can trace it. Each run is logged with its time, model identifier, source references and result. A person approves at the gates you define, and you and your audit firm can review the log.

A person approves · the run is logged · you and your audit firm can review it

The return

Four ways the work pays for itself

Cost and time are measured against a baseline recorded before we start, then again after one month and after three.

  1. Lower cost

Repetitive hours released from the workflow, and external spend avoided. Measured on the annual report case above.

  2. More speed

Less time from raw data to the finished document. Measured on the same case.

  3. Fewer errors

One data core feeds every document and every language version. Every figure links to its source record.

  4. More revenue

Missed indexation recovered, rent below market identified, vacancy days avoided. Capacity for the next mandate.

Workflows

The work comes back as a finished document

Reporting is in production. Acquisition and asset management processes are being deployed with design partners.

Reporting

In production

The annual report, the factsheet, the investor reporting. Every figure linked to its source record, and an annual report your audit firm can trace.

Acquisition

Being deployed

From screening to due diligence. The seller's file consolidated, the gaps requested, the report drafted with our market data.

Asset management processes

Being deployed

The recurring ones, and only those: lease events, indexation and rent against market, followed building by building.

The documents that come back

Each workflow ends in a finished document on your template. These are specimens drawn to show the format. They carry no client data.

Quanthome Data Engine

Every record is cleaned and resolved before anyone reads it

The Quanthome Data Engine is the data layer under Quanthome Workforce and Quanthome Data. Your own data, scattered across software and files, sits alongside ours in the same model, resolved to the same buildings and vehicles. It is not sold separately.

  1. Connects the sources. Public registers, vehicle publications and your own files flow into one model.

  2. Cleans and standardizes. The same figure means the same thing in every tool.

  3. Resolves every record. Each record is matched to its building or vehicle, direct and indirect.

  4. Links every figure to its source. This is what makes the data usable in front of your audit firm.

The Quanthome Data Engine: your documents and Quanthome market data structured into one source-linked base.

Who does the work

Our engineers work alongside your team

Deployed on your workflows, and still there after go-live. Your systems stay the source of truth, and the processes that made you win stay yours.

  1. Deployed with you

They work alongside your people, connect the systems you already have, and build the workflow around how you operate.

  2. Engineers who know real estate

A Swiss team of engineers, developers and analysts. Founders trained in physics and financial engineering, in real estate since 2016.

  3. A workflow that stays current

AI moves every month. Your workflow moves with it, kept current by a named engineer. What your process needs and the product lacks, they build.

Your data

Hosted in Switzerland with the rules in writing

Built for the risk officer who was not in the room. Each line is in the data confidentiality policy we hand over with the offer.

Where your data is

Stored and encrypted in Switzerland, and deleted when the relationship ends. AI providers process it under the retention and safeguard rules below.

What we never do

No training or fine-tuning on your data, by us or by our AI providers. No use beyond your service. Shared only with those who need it to deliver it.

What the AI sees

Personal data is anonymized before AI processing, unless an agreed service needs it. AI providers keep inputs and outputs for up to 30 days, then delete them.

Who has access

Access per user, on a need-to-know basis. Our staff and our AI providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. The providers are named in the policy, and we notify you of changes where required.

What is recorded and who can check it

Each run is logged: time, model identifier, source references and result. You and your audit firm can review the log. Where FINMA has access rights, they are preserved.

The assurance mechanism for your scope is agreed with you. Where an AI provider runs safety monitoring that cannot be disabled, it sees anonymized data only and never trains on it.

The path

Your first workflow goes live in one month

One workflow, live, with your people using it, one month after we have your sponsor, your process owner and access to the data.

  1. Understand

Your systems, data, people, workflows and decision points.

  2. Build

Connect the data, deploy the agents, integrate the tools, set the guardrails and the approvals.

  3. Prove

Run the workflow on your data, measure the outcome against the baseline, validate the decisions.

  4. Deploy

Live, with your people using it and our engineers alongside.

A baseline is recorded before we start. The outcome is measured again after one month and after three.

Two offerings

Quanthome Data is the other offering: Swiss real estate data your team works on directly, through the platform, the API or MCP.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

What is Result as a Service?

You pay for a result, not for software to configure or hours of advice. Our engineers and our agents run the workflow on data we manage for you, and the work comes back as a finished document, every figure linked to its source record.

Can an audit firm rely on a report produced with AI?

The audit firm decides what it relies on. What it needs is a way to test the figures. Quanthome Workforce links each figure in the document to its source record and logs each run. That log is an audit trail the audit firm can review, so it can follow a figure back to its source record.

How do you guard against invented figures in a document?

Figures are pulled from the data core when the document is generated, and each one carries a reference to its source record. Consistency controls defined with you run before generation. Agents check the draft, your experts review it, and a person approves it, so a wrong number can be found and fixed before the document leaves.

What does FINMA say about AI results?

In its Guidance 08/2024, FINMA observed that AI results "often cannot be understood, explained or reproduced and therefore cannot be critically assessed". It is supervisory guidance, not a rule. Quanthome Workforce is built around traceable figures, regenerated documents and logged runs. It claims no regulatory approval.

What do agents do, and who decides?

Agents are software that reads, reconciles, drafts and checks. The machine prepares and a person approves, at the approval gates you define. Your experts review what comes back, and people make the final decisions.

What is the Quanthome Data Engine?

The Quanthome Data Engine is the data layer under both Quanthome offerings. It connects the sources, cleans them and resolves every record to the building or the vehicle it belongs to, and it keeps the link from every figure to its source. It is not sold on its own: you reach it through Quanthome Data or Quanthome Workforce.

Can our own data sit alongside Quanthome data?

Yes. Your data is resolved to the same buildings and vehicles as ours, so your holdings and the market read as one model. It is stored and encrypted in Switzerland, used only for your service, and deleted when the relationship ends.

How is it priced?

You pay for the result, not for hours or licenses. Each workflow has one price, agreed before we start, that covers building it and running it. The quote follows the workflow assessment and depends on the task, its complexity and its recurrence.

What does the workflow assessment cover?

It finds the workflow that consumes the most valuable human time in your team and scopes it with your process owner. A quote follows, based on the task, its complexity and its recurrence.

How do we know it works before it goes live?

The workflow runs on a set of real cases agreed at the start. Your team checks the results, we correct what they flag, and go-live is decided with your process owner. Targets are set with you at the start and measured against the baseline.

What happens after go-live?

That depends on the workflow. Where it needs people and agents to keep it running, we stay: monitoring, exceptions, maintenance and support, with a named engineer. Where it does not, your team runs it once it is live. We agree which before we start. More workflows, more departments and more vehicles can follow from the same data core.

How do you measure what the work returns?

On your own numbers. Before we start we record a baseline: the people involved, the share of their time the workflow takes, their fully loaded cost, and the share of repetitive work taken over. That gives the capacity released. Missed indexation recovered, vacancy days avoided and external spend avoided come on top.
