By accessing or using the Quanthome platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Services
Quanthome provides a real estate data and AI platform, including but not limited to: the Quanthome Platform (data access, screener, portfolio analysis, playground, transactions, ESG, and benchmark tools) and Quanthome AI (AI real estate analysis). Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Quanthome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Quanthome platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quanthome SA and is protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
6. Data Usage
Data provided through the Quanthome platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as investment advice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanthome SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
